Adam was truly a pleasure to work with. There was a hesitation on my end hiring a total stranger online for such a tedious project. But I could not have made better decision. This is my first brick and mortar project and I had no idea what I was doing. Adam walked me through from start to finish he made everything seamless. He taught me a lot on the way and went out his way to accommodate my needs and questions. He’s thorough and easy to communicate with. Not only is he fast with his work but he is thorough. I’ve heard from serval professionals that the plans he created for me was excellent and didn’t require any changes. If you’re looking for an architect, this is the right choice.
We hired Adam to draft and design drawings/plans for permitting purposes - conversion of part of a residential property into an attached an ADU as well as a remodeling project. Adam was excellent throughout the entire process - from drafting and designing plans to the issuance of permits. He was professional, reliable, and responsive. Adam delivered a great service for the value. I highly recommend Adam for anyone needing a reasonably-priced designer and planning to to get building permits in the City of Pasadena.

Really recommend Adam for any of your drafting needs. He was incredibly responsive and punctual and very communicative which I appreciate. Bonus points that my dog liked him too! I would 10/10 hire him again and really appreciate his expertise.

My fees are based on a percentage of amount of work and cost to print and submit documents to the city for permitting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new client is to meet with them and discuss their needs. Once their needs have been identified then I provided the highest possible quality of work for the client in an efficient and timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and have 3 years experience working in architecture. I have done work from single family residence to working on affordable housing projects.
