Direct lead charges are $150.00 that include a $75.00 trip charge and a $75.00 service call fee that will be waved if hired to do needed repairs. My $35.00 fee for direct lead covers my first visit and the first have hour of inspecting your system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first visit is to inspect and troubleshoot your system. I then explain the problems and give and estimated cost for the repairs

I have completed several seminars and classes in the field on HVACR, along with 30 plus years hands on in the field
