Direct lead charges are $150.00 that include a $75.00 trip charge and a $75.00 service call fee that will be waved if hired to do needed repairs. Repairs will be completed at an hourly rate of $150.00 plus parts

Joe at JTM was great! Had an issue with my AC not cooling. I found his number and called him on Saturday late afternoon. He said I’ll be there first thing in the morning and he was on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He had all the parts needed and he saved us from a 100 degree day. Joe is straight forward guy does meticulous work and he’s got a great personality. I highly recommend Joe and he will be my go to guy for AC work in the future. Oh, and his prices are very fair.

Our air conditioner was blowing hot air and this was during a heat wave here in the valley. We submitted a work request and JTM messaged us right away and came out the same day. Showed up on time with the equipment to fix the problem. Which was awesome given we described the symptoms (via messaging) and they were able to diagnose the issue right away. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income and these places charge by the hour. Well, he was in and out in due time. Replacing the needed part and giving us the old part. Problem resolved rather quickly. Our air is working perfectly now. What I liked most about this company is their no nonsense approach. I also liked that they gave us tips to well ventilate in the future while testing all of the vents in our home. Highly recommend.
