Scope of this job was lot grading,compaction,trenching and hall away dirt, also foundation layout and forming for footings. This job is ongoing and Gilbert Limon is a experienced professional ,easy to work with and as a general contractor I would recommend him to anyone.

The work looks great and the guys did a good job. We hired him twice. Each job, though, the overall price changed during the job. Great work. I just wish Limon was a little more firm on their estimates.

Gilberto simply knows what he is doing. He has a great demeanor, not only with us but with his crew who are clearly happy in their work.

Gilbert and crew were so professional and friendly. Very easy to work with. We will hire again because now all the other concrete looks terrible! Would highly recommend. I could not be happier.
