I’M NOW IN LOVE WITH DATA ANALYSIS!!!
I cannot begin to describe the immense value I received from my time spent with Anto. In the first 5 minutes, he managed to show me skills that would greatly simplify the way I complete everyday work. He took the time to fully understand what I wanted to accomplish during our session then thoughtfully took me through step by step so not only I would learn how to do each task, but retain the information for later use. After the frustration I’ve been feeling, I would have paid 10X the amount I did. He also showed me several shortcuts that will serve me better as my Excel journey continues. Anto was my "right hand" for many years. Any team would be lucky to have him. Specifically, we worked on anything with a data-driven back end, mostly SQL Server based. He is well versed in both the health/maintenance of the data AND its presentation.
He would regularly audit our data for anomalies and irregularities, then take the appropriate actions to update such data after we had consulted about it.
The majority of institutional reporting was assigned to Anto. In his hands, it grew from simple, tabular queries into more expressive dashboards, as well as numerous pre-built reports organized into departmental containers that staff could retrieve at will.
For the power users among our staff, Anto would regularly educate about where their data lived, how they could access their data via the WYSIWYG reporting software available to them, and how their actions in the front end interface affected the integrity of said data.
It was big loss when he moved on to bigger and better things. I've kept in touch with him and know that he has moved on to more than just the knowledge of a simple "Microsoft Shop", utilizing database technologies and proprietary software designed to work on a much larger scale.

I emailed this "Pro" to see if he specialized I what my business needed help with. Wanted to make sure he was the real deal after being scammed previously by someone else. He responded " I don't offer free services." That was it. Totally offensive. Unprofessional and would never spend a penny much less hundreds if he was the only Pro on here selling services - which thank the Lord he's not. His loss. Buyers beware.

Hi Krystal, you mentioned in your initial message that my services were out of your budget which is why I responded saying that I don't offer free services.
I'm not sure how you can make all these determinations about me when the only communication you had from me was a single sentence. You even wrongfully changed the job status to "scheduled" just to leave a bad review because you're not allowed to write a review without actually working with someone.
