The guys name is Lorenzo. I called him on a spur of the moment and he pretty much dropped everything and came to help with my issue. Lorenzo was first to respond to my inquiry, came the very next day and even snaked my drain so I could use my kitchen sink and washing machine until he could return with his guys the next day to replace the corroded pipes.
