The guys name is Lorenzo. I called him on a spur of the moment and he pretty much dropped everything and came to help with my issue. No gimmick and down to the gritty nitty, black and white, to the point, and professional. Lorenzo was first to respond to my inquiry, came the very next day and even snaked my drain so I could use my kitchen sink and washing machine until he could return with his guys the next day to replace the corroded pipes. We had in issue with our drainage, after all the rain we endured, water was going under the house and some pipes were broken. Called Lorenzo and he got here early in the morning, opened a ditch placed new piping and added 2 drains that he stated would help and prevent water from going under. The issue got repaired same day.We were extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work performed.
