Theodore was great!! He did what I asked (installed new garbage disposal and hooked up water line for ice maker) came up with a less pricey solution to a snag, included the parts he had to buy and charged a fair fee. I will definitely call him again!!

Theodore has just renewed my faith in Plumbing. He was the only person who didn't try to upsell me a new $300 faucet and immediately diagnosed the issue without having even seen the faucets. He is polite, texts right away and showed up at a precise time and not a 6 hour window like others. He requested model numbers ahead of time and already brought the parts with him. In less than 20 minutes both my faucets were fixed and under $150. He is a total pro who went the extra mile without the added price tag. Highly recommend him as a pro and an amazing honest human being. Thank you Theodore!
