So he qualified for all 5 ratings. On time, competitive quote, honest quote. He was on time, reviewed what we needed done, honest quote. Ley me know when he was on his way to do the work. I added 2 additional fixtures and he was like cool. Got all the fixtures replaced and the extra work. I got the fixtures and we talked through everything we needed to get done.
