Edgar was great. Aside from showing up on time, he explained what he was doing and what needed to be done as he went along. He was friendly and efficient; I will definitely use him again for annual maintenance of my equipment.

My treadmill was making lots of noise. Edgar came out to look at it and confirmed that it was the motor. He took the motor and said he would repair it. He subbed it out and the subcontractor didn't do a great job. When he returned the following week, the motor was arcing. So he took it back for repair again. It still wasn't ready the week after so he just installed a brand new motor that he had in stock. He replaced my 15 year old motor with a brand new one! Edgar did some basic maintenance (lubrication, etc.) on my machine as well. The treadmill is working well now and the noise level is down significantly.
