Eli is the best! Thumbtack assigned 3 different individuals, only 2 responded and Eli was the only one who followed it all the way through. My tvmount was complicated, the wall was behind a cabinet that’s permanently attached and the arm had to be 30 - 40 inches out always fully extended. He worked with me in selecting the right one, came in time, super friendly and did an amazing job!

From the first interaction I knew Eli was the guy for the job. He was prompt and reassuring in his messages and very punctual on the day of service. When he arrived he did an assessment of the work and then promptly got to work. Standard pricing is simple and comprised of three parts; the service call/fee and an hourly rate to complete the job and lastly is materials at cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a service call to outline the work and requirements of the job; schedule, materials, supplies. The second part is working to complete the job on schedule and on budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always enjoyed making and fixing things. Woodworking, plumbing, electrical and mechanical hobbies are what taught me the most. Engineering has been my formal training and education, the application of science in the real world.
