My pricing is usually based on the scope of the project, materials, and complexity. I provide free estimates and am transparent about all fees upfront. Sometimes I offer small discounts for multiple services, but I never compromise quality for price.

I am a degreed engineer with over 12 years of hands-on experience specializing in critical infrastructure: Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. My technical background allows me to go beyond standard repairs; I understand the underlying physics and engineering principles of every system I install or service. In addition to my core technical specialties, I possess comprehensive expertise in general construction and renovations. From large-scale structural projects to high-end interior finishes and small-scale handyman tasks, I bring an engineer’s precision to every job. Whether I am troubleshooting a complex electrical grid or managing a full-service remodel, my focus is always on code compliance, structural integrity, and professional-grade results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my professional journey at the age of 18, working with several specialized engineering firms where I quickly moved from foundational tasks to complex systems. This early start provided me with a rigorous, hands-on introduction to the technical standards and high-pressure environments of the industry. While pursuing my engineering degree at the university, I was recruited by one of the country’s most prominent construction and engineering conglomerates—a firm renowned for its large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. During my tenure there, I was integral to the design and construction of massive shopping malls, high-rise office buildings, and complex billing centers. Working on these ‘mega-projects’ allowed me to master the coordination of large-scale Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC networks. It taught me how to manage the intricate overlap between different engineering systems while ensuring every detail met strict national building codes. This unique blend of ‘big-picture’ corporate engineering and ‘boots-on-the-ground’ renovation experience is what allows me to provide such high-level expertise for my clients today.
