Benjamin is hands down the most friendly and professional electrician I’ve ever worked with. I called him about an issue with my chandelier and dimmer switch, and right off the bat, he was super helpful over the phone — took the time to really listen, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and explained what might be going on before even stepping foot in the house. When he showed up, he was on time, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He walked me through everything as he worked, which I really appreciated. You can tell he actually cares about his work and making sure you feel good about the job being done. What stood out the most to me was how easy he was to talk to — it felt more like chatting with a helpful neighbor than hiring a contractor. I got a ton of value just from our initial conversation, and by the time he was done, I knew I had found my go-to electrician.
