What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat fees based on the type of case. We offer flexible payment plans and accept cash, check, and credit card.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My focus is always 100% dedicated to my clients needs. New customers will be treated like family just as I treat my current clients. I will handle the case personally from start to finish and always dedicate all of my resources to obtaining my clients desired outcome.
