FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first initial session usually is a flat rate of $20. Bring a friend, split the cost. After that, I charge depending on how many days a week and consistency. If a client is consistent, I will work a deal. I also give discounted rates for clients that refer me out! When you see how I work, all I ask is that you tell others about me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give all of my customers a discounted first session to see if it is for them. During that first session, I include an evaluation to check for any muscle imbalances the client may have. After that, we do a short workout to check the balance, strength, coordination, and endurance of the client. I will then stretch or do other recovery modalities to finish off the workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified through N.A.S.M. two years ago and I am CPR/AED certified as well. I am currently in the process of finishing my Corrective Exercise Specialist (prehab/rehab/injury prevention) certification and then will be pursuing my Youth Exercise Specialist with N.A.S.M. and Sports Performance through Exos.
