Nikki Teaches Yoga

My specialty is teaching accessible yoga for those who think they can’t and those who can. I am an international, trauma informed yoga instructor. My emphasis is making yoga accessible for all body shapes, abilities, and sizes. I have taught to military personnel on several bases overseas in Japan, amputees and those with traumatic brain injury as well as the everyday person. I am Warriors At Ease trained, yin, restorative, power, vinyasa, gentle flow, slow flow, trapeze yoga, and trauma informed.
