- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the Project we will quote a flat price for the work to be performed. Troubleshoot and repair we charge an $85 + parts service call charge that covers the first hour. We are expert troubleshooters and can find and repair your problems quickly and will show you what the problem may be. If we were to discover a bigger problem, we would stop the work, show you the problem and present you with an estimate for repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy servicing and meeting new customers. We have retained every customer since we began in 2012 and maintain a high referral rate because of how we treat our customers.
