FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible, fair, and built around your real needs—not just a one-size-fits-all number. While we do offer some set pricing for common services, every business is different—so we take a consultative approach. We look at what you actually need to launch, grow, or streamline—and sometimes that means breaking the project into phases. Our priority is to help you get cash flow moving quickly. We focus first on the essentials that bring in revenue, then circle back to add the exciting “wow” features once your business has momentum. If your project only requires a few components, your cost may be lower. And if it needs more, we’re transparent from the start. No hidden fees, just honest pricing built around your goals and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, collaborative, and built around your success. We start with a discovery call—an open conversation to understand your goals, your vision, and what success looks like for you. From there, I map out a clear action plan with timelines, milestones, and a straightforward cost breakdown. I always recommend a phased approach: let’s focus first on getting money in the door. We’ll build what’s essential to launch and drive revenue, then circle back to the “fun stuff” once the business has traction and cash flow to support growth. Throughout the process, I stay in constant communication—checking in, reviewing progress, and getting your sign-off at every step. You’re never left wondering where things stand. Once you give the final greenlight, we go live—and I ask for your honest feedback. Because your experience doesn’t just matter, it shapes how I improve and serve future clients even better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education didn’t come from a traditional classroom—it came from the School of Hard Knocks. I’ve made mistakes, fixed them, and learned from hundreds of real-world problems most developers never even see. That hands-on experience has become my greatest teacher. I’ve taken countless online courses over the years, but more often than not, I end up advising the instructor on development strategies and better approaches. That’s when I realized: my growth doesn’t come from textbooks—it comes from solving real problems for real people. I know 99 ways not to do something… but I also know the one way that works. And that kind of knowledge only comes from being in the trenches—building, breaking, fixing, and evolving with every project.
