I really wanted to leave a good review. I liked Cheryl and her husband. However that's not possible. I was quoted $220 for a deal. The first thing she did after showing up an hour late was start talking down the condition of the property. Then asked for $320. We agreed to $250.
They worked about 5 hours. Well, they were there 5 hours. After they left I noticed a lot that had not been done. I opened a drawer that they had not touched it. The guest bathroom bathtub was not clean and the Fossett was not even touched. The kitchen sink was cleaned. Kinda it took me about 5 min to finish it with a litt CLR. I'm not sure why they haven't used it. Anyway at first it wasn't apparent how much had been missed. I should have inspected better. They did a nice general clean up and washing the windows is a nice touch.

I pride myself in my work and work very hard to make all customers happy, I am sorry to hear that this customer was not happy with our work. The price was agreed on for house cleaning and window cleaning inside and out for a 3000sf home. Customer was home and approved completion before payment.
