We had a small scheduling snafu starting out with Plug-In Services, but they were really great and proactive about sorting that out -- when we had our appointment, they showed up exactly on time for the earliest part of their window, the technician spent a good bit of time working with our machine to understand the core issues with it, and they ultimately ended up recommending against several hours of repair (which would have gone to them) and instead recommended a machine replacement. I really valued how honest the recommendation was -- even if it meant they were turning down some business in the immediate term, I'd definitely use them again and trust them based on today's experience!

Matt is great appliances technician. He responded fairly quick and set me up same day schedule. He was on time based on the appointment he provided me. Very clean and fast repair. Suggest some maintenance to improve dryer performance. Matt would be my go to person when my washer or dryer goes bad.

Started. Out okay. Worker came earlier than expected and fortunately someone was home. Part was needed and appointment was scheduled for next day. Person did not come. Texted him several times and told me it was too late and part hadn’t arrived. Asked what time was available the next day. I told him several hours during the day. He chose 10 am. He arrived at 6pm saying that he has so many so many calls to do in a day and still had his 4 & 5 pm customers to service.
Apparently it isn’t his fault. He seems to be efficient and knows what he’s doing. He was quick with our service…. When he arrives
