I hired Douglas to remove my old fluorescent ballasts so I could install some newer tubes, which required some rewiring. He took out my old ballasts and advised me that I had purchased the wrong tubes (ones that only work well with electronic ballasts). The next day I exchanged the tubes at the hardware store, but had trouble installing them myself. He came back and made the necessary adjustments, and now I have excellent lighting again in my kitchen!

It was too complicated for him, he took two hours at $55 an hour and charged me 350 bucks. He did get one light working. Not a good electrician and definitely not somebody I would call again.
