- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The housekeepers charge by the hour, so depending on the size of the home and the scope of services the cost may vary. The housekeepers require a minimum of 3 hours of service for any job. Hourly rates vary from $40 to $42 per person per hour for regular cleaning service, or $46+ for deep cleaning. The housekeepers do not offer any cleaning service for moving-in, moving-out, or vacation rentals. We also do not send a crew--housekeepers prefer to work by themselves and be accountable for their own work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always make sure that prospective clients understand that final cost depends on actual hours worked. All estimates provided during booking is strictly an estimate and a recommendation. We ask that clients meet with housekeeper at the start the service to walkthrough their home together and again at least 30 minutes before the end of service to let the housekeeper know if anything needs to be addressed prior to her departure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The housekeepers have been screened, background checked, and reference-checked. The majority of them have over 15 years of professional experience in house cleaning or housekeeping. Each month, we get between 50 to 100 requests from housekeepers to register with us and no more than 1 to 2 housekeepers are registered. We have done the hard work to ensure that you are getting the best housekeeping professional in the area.
