- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really like sitting down or talking to the client to discuss pricing. Many will walk away knowing they can't afford the services listed. That's why even though unconventionally done, I try to make each person special to their own requests. It might turn people away, because they expect a number right away. But the ones I have been in contact with take it more as a personable gesture.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
David and I started this business just providing Valet Service for events. Notably the Hilton of Santa Cruz, Rancho don Bosco and even provided a one day service for The Shadowbrook restaurant in Capitola, CA. Since David has moved on to other endeavors, I decided to expand the services to make it easier for everyone.This year we will be doing three weddings and look forward to providing more.
