Introduction
I have been cooking professionally for 15 years, and held positions such as Head Saute Chef at the #1 restaurant in Providence, RI; and Head Poultry Chef/Head Chef on site at big events for the #1 Catering Company in Southern New England. I am the Executive Chef and Owner at LittleKoe's Beach Bites, in the Capitola Mercantile, and have catered several private parties in the Capitola Village. My skills range from prepared togo meals, buffet style dining, fine dining, BBQ, and 3 course meals. Josh is a good friend has become like family to us. We have had him cater everything from birthdays, dinner parties, valentines day, and even our engagement dinner. He's a great guy, with an amazing cullinairy talent, always delivering different dishes that are beautiful and tasty.
