About
My work stands out because I love what I do and this reflects in every aspect of my work. I also have a knack for cleaning and organizing. Watching customers, over time, become close friends. I still have my very first customer, from 2004 and we have long since become friends and confidants as well. I have become very close to many other customers, and these friendships you cant put a price on.

BEWARE!!! MariMaids used at least one maid who I found out later was practically homeless and not trustworthy!! We had a check stolen and subsequently written and cashed as well as my husband's wedding ring stolen from our home. Only later did we find out that the business is not bonded or insured (as all maid/cleaning services should be - and which we asked about up-front) but also that one of the women cleaning our home was basically homeless, totally sketchy and should never have been there in the first place (and ended up stealing from us and trying to blame her own daughter (why on earth would a person do that?!?) When we tried to work with MariMaids to get help and the contact information of the woman so that we could file a police report, we were ignored despite repeated requests. We had to move and they knew it was a time-sensitive issue. Absolutely nothing could ever replace the loss of something as sentimental as a wedding ring, but MariMaids did nothing to even ATTEMPT making it right. If I could give zero stars, I would.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look at their website. The website is the face of the business. You should expect all professional service providers to have a website. If there is no website that should be a "deal breaker". Interview the business owner over the phone. You can tell a lot about the owner and their business philosophy, as well as get a sense of their character by having a heart to heart conversation with them.
