Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I usually charge a flat fee for trusts, wills and all other estate planning documents. A standard trust and will is $600. I am a passionate estate planning attorney, who has firsthand experience as to the importance of a trust and will. My main focus has been helping people find a proactive solutions to their situations. As your attorney, my goal is to create the best protection and safety net for your family and assets that a legal document can provide. Additionally, I can provide support through legal review of documents, provide tax resolution and create contracts for those in need. I am a solo practitioner, so my clients deal directly with me. I provide my clients with my cellphone number, so that they are able to contact me at anytime. I do not wait until normal business hours to return my clients' messages or answer the phone. If I am able, I answer the phone or call them back as soon as I am able. There are times when I will not be able to return a call immediately, but I will call back as soon as possible. I have worked at a firm where my paralegal was the only one who talked to the client. I thought that the clients deserved better service and decided that I would not let that happen in my own practice. I believe my strengths are my ability to explain complicated issues in everyday language, my flexibility, the fact that I am personable, my willingness compassion, my family, and my balanced approach to life.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You should feel very comfortable with the attorney. In order to create an effective estate the attorney will need to know intimate financial information, and will have to ask you about end of life choices. Additionally, you should feel comfortable contacting the attorney regarding any questions you may have. If the attorney does not make you feel comfortable then you should look for another attorney. You should also leave the office understanding what is going to happen.
