Introduction: I teach all levels and all ages. I am interested helping people achieve their goals and enjoy playing music.
I have many years as a flute teacher helping students as well as teaching piano and clarinet. I am a woodwind specialist helping bands in many schools. I perform regularly with my trio at Libraries and was Principle Flute with the UCSD Symphony Orchestra.
I have taught at many prestigious schools and organizations including San Diego Music, Del Mar Arts Academy, Villa Musica, Rhoades Gifted School.
I have received an Honors in Flute Performance from UCSD and have Master's Degree from SDSU.

Ms Richards is a highly trained professional musician. As a teacher she is patient and positive. I have taken private flute lessons from her and participated in an adult flute choir that Ms Richards leads. Ms Richards earns my highest personal recommendation.
