- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. Three packages with standardized pricing. We have a monthly membership model and so our success is tied to your success. If we help you grow your business, then you stay with us longer and we both make more money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning, but we also teach as well. I teach at the Small Business Development Center and am always giving keynote speeches and classes to different associations throughout Southern California. I also have a bestselling book titled "It's Not JUST A Website". Look it up on amazon.com and when you sign up with us you also get a free copy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was never an online guy and I got ripped off a bunch before I launched this company. I noticed that many small businesses had no website or horrible websites and that was hurting their business. The only options were really expensive, had no support, took forever, or all three. So after working in online marketing for a number of years I launched WebsiteIn5Days.com to help the small businesses to succeed online. My partners have been in web design for over a decade and we have the processes to build amazing, marketing-focused websites quicker than anyone else. And we provide the monthly support to help our customers grow online.
