FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a customer loyalty program where every 5th clean is free, forever! I also have a referral program where any client who refers me to a friend, family member, or neighbor and I close business with that person, gets a choice between 10% off of their next clean. My pricing is based on national industry averages and specific to this area. My pricing reflects my hard work and dedication to my craft and my investment into my equipment and my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quickly meet with my clients before washing the windows to bid the cost, and review the clients needs. I like to walk the property and explain what I'm going to do and ask if there are any areas of concern I need to be aware of, like broken screens or windows, or any existing window damage. Walking the property allows me to point out areas of interest the homeowner may not be aware of, and look for things like hard water stains. I make sure before I start that everyone is in agreement with the project specifics, price, and payment, and then go over the service agreement. Once everything is good to go I get to work making my client's windows look like new again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window washing is a service trade. As this is a skill based profession I have worked with several window washers who have been in the industry for 20-30+ years, learning their techniques and tricks of the trade. I worked with my best friend helping him build his window cleaning business in Utah before I moved out here to start my own business cleaning windows. I spend time daily researching new techniques and products, making sure I have the most up to date information and products available to my clients. This allows me to customize my client's experience using the right tools and products for their needs, and helps me to achieve a spotless clean, every time.
