- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive and truly a company that believes in quality. Our team of professionals have been with us for many years. Our quotes are always free and we are generous with our time while deciding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first appointment is an informative opportunity. It is where the client has the space to offer their ideas and desires. We measure the project for our estimations and take a few pictures. The next appointment is when we bring with us a contract and quote for the work. If the client is ready...they enter a "homework phase". This phase is when the client selects the products for the project. We don't start until all the material and products have arrived. After the products have been inventoried we schedule the demo and begin.

We have been serving the community for 50 years. We've seen it all twice.
