The work was excellent. I got a tv mounted, lights installed, garage door fixed, and he even figured out a minor problem on my oven that actually was causing a major problem for myself. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend for anyone!

A Dream Kitchen AMAZING Contractor!
I can’t say enough good things about Urban lifestyles builder and remodeler /Tharen! From the first consultation/meeting to the final walkthrough, it was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. I had a very specific vision/idea for my dream kitchen, and it was exactly as I imagined it would be, on time, on my very clearly transparent budget, and beyond my expectation from start to end!
Every detail was handled with well thought out and perfection. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and Urban lifestyles builder and remodeler /Tharen takes pride in their work. Tharen offered great design ideas,but knowing what I wanted/dreamed of, and the result is a kitchen that’s both beautiful, stunning and very functional.
Urban lifestyles builder and remodeler /Tharen was respectful, tidy, and always kept me in the loop. Renovations can be (ugh) stressful, but they made the process smooth, painless and enjoyable.
I’ve already received so many compliments on my new kitchen. I definitely recommend Urban lifestyles builder and remodeler /Tharen to everyone I know or whomever is reading this review. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and passionate about what they do, look no further. This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with any contractor. They were the first to respond when I called about the removal and rebuild after our house fire. I'm impressed with how quickly the process went. Everything was 100% perfect. Communication, speed, help making building choices, the quality of work, all the way down to fine details. Thank you Urban Lifestyles Builder for making a horrible situation into a beautiful home with such a ease. Honestly, 5 star isn't enough.
