Luis diagnosed the issue with my washer’s lid not locking; the shocks were shot, causing the drum to malfunction. He honestly noted that repairing it would cost the same as a new one, so we opted for a new washer. Luis was efficient and completed the job quickly. We are very grateful!

This is for a previous repair on a leaking LG front-load washer. Our tech was punctual with good communication. He reviewed the wash cycle for 30 - 45 min to determine the cause. He ordered the replacement part and returned back to finish the next day completing the job. Price was fair.
