I was very happy Paul responded to my request for help. He said he’d come over in 20 minutes and he did. And this was on a Sunday. My oven wasn’t heating and he checked it out and solved the problem. He had the part so he fixed it and I could continue with my Christmas baking. Paul is very personable and polite. He even asked if he should remove his shoes!! He was a joy to talk with. I will definitely call him whenever I need any large appliances repaired. Very likable and trustworthy fellow.

Paul was an exceptional tech who replaced a torn gasket on a GE 2 in 1 Profile Combo Washer Dryer. The unit is new and complex, and he did a stellar job replacing it with a new one. This was an urgent, last minute call out and he arrived within hours after I had reached out. He was courteous, professional, extremely nice and did an outstanding job.
