- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
( TDG) incorporates several different fee methods depending on the project type, and services provide. I.) Basic builders permit set of Construction Documents: Area Fee ( $ per sq. ft.) this service does not include Construction Administration ( CD) II.) Custom High end new residences and exterior & Interior remodeling : percentage of construction cost. This service includes all design disciplines ( engineering, interiors, landscape design, mechanical / electrical), ( CD) , & project management until project completion. III.) Consultation, construction management, and pre-design services : ( $ per hour )

Yes, I am required to take +18 units of training and educational courses relating to the public health, safety, and/or welfare..
