Doug's was punctual, very professional, and did an excellent job. He gave me tips on how to keep taking care of the carpet so it will stay clean as long as possible. I was very pleased with the work. For four bedrooms, one hallway, and a flight of stairs, he was very reasonable in price. I am more than pleased.

We needed our carpetscleaned in our new house before we moved our furniture in. The goal of the carpetcleaning was to remove the previous owners pet odor, but the carpets look like a night and day difference. White carpets are tough, and I never expected them to get as bright as they did. I purchased one of those off the shelf carpetcleaners but nothing beats steam cleaning. While its too early to tell if the deodorizers were successful in eradicating the pet odor, I can most definitely say the carpets look amazing and I am thrilled to be moving into our new house with a clean slate. I plan to call Doug back for some window cleanings in the future.

Doug did an excellent job cleaning our rugs/carpets. He took the time to explain everything, gave advice on maintaining our rugs, and went over-and-beyond to do extras. He is the best vendor I've hired in a long time. I wish all contractors were as determined to provide such superior, high quality service. Very hard worker, extremely conscientious, and super friendly. Totally impressed!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a minimum charge of $85. these are just estimates on Thumbtack upon arrival I will confirm the price normally the price stays the same but some certain conditions of carpet need a heavier cleaner treatment. special treatments for stains like food dyes are extra
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Trying to establish trust and a good line of communication. That normally leads to building a clientele list. And never trying to build a customer's expectations to high.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under three different owners of carpet and tile cleaning companies and I have owned my own company for over 10 years not really a job that requires a book to tell you how to clean more of a Hands-On. but I have taken flood remediation Odor Control spot control classes
