Madi I'am very confused on why I received 3 stars??! From what I recall I spent almost 3 hours cleaning both of your homes upgraded you to my premium dry cleaning service, Pre - vacuumed and charged you $125 less then what you were quoted! I was very courtesy and kind during the cleaning process and I even helped clean your vehicle at NO EXTRA CHARGE! If that's not great customer service please tell me what is so I can do better.
