I was really concerned by a few stains that someone had covered with throw rugs. But they worked the stains hard and you’d never know that there had been any stains.

Jeff at Inspector Clean Carpet Cleaning really came through for me today! I had just gotten home from the hospital and suddenly looked around and realized my carpets and area rug were overdue for some serious attention guests arriving tomorrow, yikes! 3 years of everyday life, entertaining, footsteps, spills, and life with pets and pet friends, had definitely made their mark.Jeff fit me into an already busy schedule at the last minute, which I was incredibly grateful for. He was professional, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in doing the job thoroughly, not just making things look good on the surface.One thing I especially appreciated was being able to actually see the cleaning process. His equipment has a clear section on the wand, so you can watch what is being extracted and see when the moisture finally starts coming through clean. After seeing everything that came out of these carpets, that was pretty satisfying!He also used a special enzyme treatment where needed and explained his process and follow-up guarantee. By the time he finished, three years of life in this house looked and felt remarkably refreshed.Good guy, great work, and Im very appreciative that he made room for me when I needed it.
