Alex contacted me within 20 minutes of my request. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called with his ETA and was very punctual. He examined the heater and told me what he was going to look at. He diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue very quickly. He then explained everything he did. He also told me what could happen to cause the problem again. Then he showed what would need to be replaced in the case of further problems. The entire service call took about 30 minutes-- well work the cost. We will definitely be using FUSE again.

The guys came in, assessed the situation took pictures to show us the issue. Offered great tips on how to use our fan more efficiently to keep the house cool. Discovered a leak in a ventilation duct and fixed that too. Rooms are cooler...feels great. THANKS FUSE!
