Fuse technicians had my AC back up and running within 2 days. Technician came out immediately to diagnose the problem, picked up the part first thing Monday morning, and was installing shortly after. They were thorough, professional, and inspected my entire system. 5 stars all the way.

Had an older wall mounted unit that stopped blowing air, most hvac people won't bother with a wall or window mounted unit. They sent a tech out pretty quickly. He determined that the fan was not turning and suggested greasing the bearings might help. That was a $200 fix against a $75 visit fee, so we tried it. The fix was a bust, lasted less than a day. I ended up ordering a new window unit on Amazon and installing it myself. Lesson learned, probably better advice to simply cut my losses and replace an older wall unit, prices on new window units are pretty cheap, and easy to install.

The guys came in, assessed the situation took pictures to show us the issue. Offered great tips on how to use our fan more efficiently to keep the house cool. Discovered a leak in a ventilation duct and fixed that too. Rooms are cooler...feels great. THANKS FUSE!
