- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes i would like for everyone to know there is a standard pricing for all trades that is standerdized with a high and a low. where the price varies is at handling material meaning how much a contractor charges you to pick up you supplies or is which the law allows for. even though there are standardized pricing and these allowences , no one should price above the spectrum. and these prices can be looked up in the internet. under the skillset and under calculators. ie; painting calculator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
going over the directive with customer and maybe advising on possible less expensive alternitives going over process and pricing and until i feel sure the customer questions are answered. and they feels confortable with me we then reach an agreement including price and time scope. then after a agreement is reached,we start the work process. the actual work itself invludes demo which is tearing down old work snd disposing of it. then building the new work finishing it and wala everyone is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a electronic degree, that made it easier to be good with electrical dc and ac circuitry. all other skills ive learned over the 35 years ive been doing this business. i have extensive knowledge and schooling in wood finishing carpentry rough and finish. plumbing drywall, flooring texturing painting doors and window siding roofing irrigation including concrete and masonary work started with my older brothers and my father.
