If I could give Fix-It Alex and his work partner Max more than 5 stars, I would. What started as a “simple” greenhouse assembly kit quickly revealed itself to be more of an advanced engineering puzzle disguised as a box of parts. Alex and Max handled it with incredible professionalism, patience, and good humor. They were always courteous, respectful, and extremely careful with our property, treating everything as if it were their own. Their attention to detail was meticulous, and they did not cut corners or rush through challenges. When the project turned out to be far more complicated than expected, they stayed persistent, problem-solved every obstacle, and never gave up until it was done right. Honestly, I think the greenhouse kit may have been designed by someone with a sense of humor, but Alex and Max rose to the challenge like champions. Their workmanship, perseverance, and positive attitude were outstanding. They provided exceptional value for the service, and I would absolutely hire them again without hesitation. If you want people who show up, work hard, respect your home, and somehow manage to stay cheerful while deciphering impossible instructions, Fix-It Alex and Max are the team to call.
