- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about the job and go over the details. For small jobs, I can usually give a quick virtual estimate. For bigger projects (like large holiday light installs), I prefer to meet in person and give a detailed estimate. Once we agree on the price, we schedule a date and time. I arrive on time and complete the work. Many of my customers feel comfortable leaving me to work while they go about their day.

I studied economics in Russia and now I’m building a new life
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We installed about 400 ft of Govee permanent outdoor lights on a large two-story home in El Dorado Hills. The preparation took a few days, and the installation was completed in one day.
