Cody has been to our home twice now and he is EXCELLENT! He is knowledgable, really, really customer service oriented and doesnt try to upsell. We purchased our garage door from Carmichael overhead door and we would not go with another company. This time we installed a new motor that allows us to regulate our garage door with our phones. Very happy.

Extremely responsive company. Tina was very nice on the phone. Cody was the technician who came to access the situation was very professional and knowledgeable. He made some calls and did some research on the spot and came up with options for me. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend Carmichael Garage Door.

Awesome service! Ben came out to Carmichael within 15 minutes and fixed broken spring and got everything back and running within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend if in need of an urgent repair.
