Wheel off track. Sunday morning. 1st call wanted $250 "service fee" plus labor. 2nd call 5 minutes from me in Lincoln wanted $400 minimum. Jacob with Carmichael Garage Door was just the BEST! Showed up within the 2 hour window. He saw right away the issue and charged me only $89 as it was a simple adjustment. He was polite, spoke well, dressed professionally. Clean, organized truck. The kind of service tech we hope will show up to help. No more ripoffs!! Thank you Jacob. You made my day.

Cody has been to our home twice now and he is EXCELLENT! He is knowledgable, really, really customer service oriented and doesnt try to upsell. We purchased our garage door from Carmichael overhead door and we would not go with another company. This time we installed a new motor that allows us to regulate our garage door with our phones. Very happy.

Awesome service! Ben came out to Carmichael within 15 minutes and fixed broken spring and got everything back and running within another 15 minutes. Highly recommend if in need of an urgent repair.
