I like to customize a living space for the owner. I try and build what they want and make it functional, whether it be building shelves in a garage, reorganizing the laundry area, customizing outdoor lighting, or fixing a fence gate to open correctly. In other words, I will find a way to fix any problem you are having or want fixed for a low or competitive price! I really love to work on homes and making the owner exited about changing or happy with the improvements I perform, thus making their life easier!

Stewart is fantastic. He connected a kitchen sink and dishwasher to existing plumbing without getting in the wall even when other plumbers said it was the only way. Needed a pivoting shower door taken out, cleaned up, existing caulking scraped completely off, then the door placed back and new caulking applied to prevent leaking. This guy did that, and more! He had to clean the heck out of the current door with me, and that took a while, but he stayed until the job was done. Appreciate the work!

I s/w Stewart at the onset of my issue with not having the gas turn on to my fireplace. He asked me if I could gently tap the gas valve with the handle of a scew driver to see if its just stuck. That proved to not give us any valuable results. Stewart came over and after a thorough visual inspection found that the grnd wire wascorroded off, he fixed the wire and problem solved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I look at the job at hand and shoot from the hip. I done say that I am $50 hr! I say that job is worth $50 now if it takes me an hr ok. But if it takes me 3 hrs you pay the $50. Cause that's what I said!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to there request or problem give them 2 or 3 options and generally explain how i would fix it. or tell them how to fix it, or how get what they want at the lowest possible cost to them as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an electrician for 30 yrs and have watched all tradesmen at there trade. I also have been working on houses for 30 sum years! Service, Maintenance, Tennant Improvment, Minner Repaires, and Major Total Rehab!
