- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A discount on request is always possible when there are no additional difficulties in the work. Sometimes the price can be proportionately high, but it will always be less painful than the competition, with a guaranteed high quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me, the main thing is that the client would be happy with the results of my work and the problem solved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing home repairs since I was a teenager, over 25 years old, I have also been building houses and renovating houses. I have experience in numerous areas: work with microelectronics, installation of electrical networks, work with metals, wood, stone, I own all the tools and some machines. By education I am an installer of low-voltage networks, telephone communications.
