I just moved into my home and the hose bibs for my washer were leaking. I reached out to Same Day Appliance they responding immediately and came out the next day. They explained throughly the work that needed to be done. They had the parts to make the repair that day. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommend for any appliance.

I truly appreciated that they were able to come onsite the same day I reached out, that kind of responsiveness is rare and was a huge relief at the time. However, I was disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-up after the visit. I had to reach out myself to let them know the issue was not resolved. For the amount I paid, I expected the problem to be fully addressed, but unfortunately, I ended up needing to hire another company to fix it properly. I value prompt service, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.
