Ty and the rest of the team were excellent. Ty was a great communicator about the timeline and his recommendation based on the age of our old water heater/ the symptoms we were experiencing. He was able to provide quotes over the phone and that helped us narrow our search and decide to go with them. The work was done in the time he estimated and the team arrived punctually to get things in motion and return hot water to our home. We are very pleased with our tankless water heater that they installed.

Perfect, everything was so easy and no stress. Water heater stopped working sunday dinner time (thanksgiving week) they called me back within 5 minutes and gave me options, tank, tankless, electric, gas, gave me estimates on price and time for each option and were out the next morning and installed a gas tankless. They took care of permits and confirming the new setup to pass inspection. They are great!! Ty made everything easy
