Ty and the rest of the team were excellent. Ty was a great communicator about the timeline and his recommendation based on the age of our old water heater/ the symptoms we were experiencing. He was able to provide quotes over the phone and that helped us narrow our search and decide to go with them. The work was done in the time he estimated and the team arrived punctually to get things in motion and return hot water to our home.
