He quickly came up with a plan and worked diligently through a challenging permitting process to get everything lined up for the installation of our new water heater. I hired Ty to replace my almost 20 year old water tank heater. I inquired about the tankless version and Ty responded so quickly and explained all the pros and cons as well as estimated cost. I decided to go with it and the next day Ty and his father-in-law showed up ready to go. They hauled away my old tank and started working quick. Ty really knows his stuff—he’s very skilled and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up pretty good after the work is done. They were able to finish the install in about 4 hours and waited for a couple more minutes so I can test the system and make sure everything’s working fine. Five Star service! I’ll hire him again for any of my future needs.
