I requested this company to do an inspection on a house I was interested in, in June of 2023. I had a great experience with them. They showed up at the agreed time, and got right to work! I was impressed by how thorough their work was, while the house was not in the best shape, they were able to explain the problem areas in great detail. Overall it was a great choice!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a $375 base rate plus 0.04 per square foot of the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically there is an introduction email sent to our company with information from the client including name, address, square footage of home, contact email and phone number and then scheduling the appointment based on availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the inspection industry since 2015 and have been trained and certified through InterNACHI and the ICC for home inspections and other.
