If I could give Chavez clean machine 10 stars I would! The crew came and made the entire house sparkle. From the floors to the ceiling you could see they took care of everything! The refrigerator, microwave and stove looked brand new. All the bathrooms beamed with sparkle and the chandeliers twinkled! I’m so glad I booked them for the deep clean. Thank you for making our house look amazing!

So often, individuals think if they pick up a broom and cleaning supplies, they are professional house cleaners. When in fact professional house cleaners have real work experience to deliver a quality job. For instance, when previous cleaners didn't get all the way through my house in the time estimated (1800 sq. ft. house), it indicates a lack of experience and professionalism.
The Chavez team is a welcome change. They had the experience and professional skills to get all the way through my house -including cleaning under furniture and linen changes on all three beds.
They did a thorough professional job and I've hired them to come on a weekly basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Residential: I like to do a quick walk through of their home and give them a firm price. I explain to them the products we use and our normal routine of our services. I explain to them whats included in the service and/or customize it how they want their services.
Commercial Cleaning: Same similar process to residential services. Make/ Sign agreements and contracts.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cleaning has always been in my family, starting by my mother, over 15 years ago I remember she started cleaning offices and I would always want to tag along to help her out, almost everyone in my family offer different types of cleaning. I enjoy what I do, and I know the ladies do as well. We get to help people out in many ways not just by cleaning but by helping them take stress off their back, spend time time with their families or simply help them relax.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers, from young to elder people. Disabled & special needs people, from college students to professional lawyers, doctors & nurses. From laid back individuals to extremely picky people and we have not dissatisfied not one of them! We make sure we treat you as if you are our only customer.
