We recently had cameras installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Both the sales representative and the installer were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything was set up correctly. One of our favorite features is being able to view the cameras directly on our TV as well as through an app on our phones, making it easy to monitor our property from anywhere. The installation was smooth, and the system works great. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly security camera system.

Both Jeremy and Vin were professional and thorough. In the end I thought the job was done and thanked Vin. He said try one more time and make sure all the cameras were working. They suggested their own camera. We went with a different one. They were fine with it too and did an excellent job would gladly hire them again

The installers were on time and very professional. It took them no time to install seven cameras with no wires showing outside of the house. They showed me how to use the system and I was extremely pleased with their work and knowledge. I highly recommend them. Five Star Service all the way.

Great experience from beginning to end with Govee Pro lights installation. Highly responsive with questions and follow up and even a check in a few days after install to make sure everything was going well. I prefer the method of permanent install they use using wood and brackets because it both looks appealing and will also outlast any 3M adhesive the Govee box and other companies were using. Overall I’m very happy with the communication, price, and install and would consider utilizing JC Security again in the future for camera or lighting installs.
