Vitalii was a lifesaver when our fridge stopped working. After inspecting he realized we had a leak that turned out to be in a really unusual spot. He worked hard over 7 days testing and locating the leak and was able to fix it to get it up and running again. He and his coworker had to come back several times in order to get the right parts and conduct the right tests, they spent HOURS making it right. I had issues with a recently purchased second hand fridge that wasn’t producing ice or keeping the set temps. After trying to check for as many obvious issues we might be able to fix ourselves, we had to call someone. Vitalii was very responsive and detailed about the possible issue.
