FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I aim to keep things straightforward and transparent. I provide clients with an initial quote based on the information they share, but my pricing is typically based on the final output length of the project rather than an hourly rate. This ensures that you know exactly what to expect and that the focus stays on delivering high-quality results tailored to your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with understanding the desired look and feel, whether it's a clean, simple style or a more complex, cinematic approach. I encourage clients to share references, images, or film examples to ensure I fully capture their desired aesthetic. Once I have a clear understanding of your project, I provide an accurate estimate for both time and pricing, ensuring a smooth and transparent collaboration from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained video editor with a strong foundation in both digital film and computer animation. I studied Digital Film at The Art Institute of California – Sacramento, while honing my skills in storytelling, editing, and visual composition. Prior to that, I spent four years at De Anza College in Cupertino studying Computer Animation, where I developed a solid understanding of motion graphics and visual effects. This combination of formal education allows me to approach every project with both technical expertise and creative vision.
